Get excited about HF, particularly when its the higher bands but this evening just as I was dishing out dinner and 29.6Mhz FM was siting on the rig all quiet on the western (weather) front when HA1LAM came in loud as you like all of a sudden, followed by a melee of calls. Not a chance I thought but called anyway. He was 59 with me and to my surprise he returned with a 59 for me. I had to get him to repeat the call just to make sure. What a coup for the RF sink hole. 2 nights on the trot. Must be all those sunspots.
All I can say is keep them coming and before you know it we'll all be bored of making DX contacts. Now then If I could just get further than Frizington with 2m then that really would be something else
