VX-3 Gone too
The Yaesu VX-3 that the RSGB kindly gave me for a 'star letter' which has been in my greasey paw for the last 11 months was sold through lynchline over the weekend. I have ordered a new Yaesu VX8G as a replacement. Having not raised enough for an FT 817. Perhaps if Santa is reading there is always that opportunity ;-)

I look forward to seeing another APRS user in the area, though I hope you don't regret not getting the '817 instead. Or even the Kenwood TH-D72 which is probably what I would buy today if I was after an APRS handheld.
